Saudi makes debut billboard appearance with Black Panther album
With the Black Panther movie breaking all the records possible at the box office, the “Black Panther” album is making strides of its own on the Billboard Charts.
In fact, it currently sits at the top spot on the Billboard 200 Chart for the second week running.
Such is the buzz the album which features some South African artists including Saudi, Sjava and Babes Wodumo is creating that there are currently eight singles off the project of musical art appearing on the top 100 chart.
Of course, one of the high-flying records off the “Black Panther” album is titled “X“ and it was masterminded by Saudi, Schoolboy Q, and 2 Chainz.
The single currently holds the number 55 spot, but importantly it also marks the first ever appearance for the Ambitiouz Entertainment rapper on the Billboard Charts.
This feat is definitely a massive one for the “Dark Dindy“ hitmaker who finally commissioned his long-awaited “D.R.U.G.S. Inc“ album to critical acclaim late last year and after several postponements.
We hope his latest bow into the big league can only bring him even more success moving forward. For now, congratulations are in order for Saudi and you can also share your thoughts in the comments section below.
