A-Reece & Shane Eagle backs out of Reason’s #WhoKilledWho project
Veteran Hip Hop titan, Reason has been hoping to pull off top-notch #WhoKilledWho project since September 2017. At some point, it looked like he found the light at the end of the tunnel, but has now shared some disappointing news with fans.
Reason took to social media platform, Twitter, to inform his followers that some rappers had pulled out of the project; referencing A-Reece and Shane Eagle in particular.
While Reason seemed disappointed, he did express understanding about their careers being more important and demanding than a freestyle. However, he also seemed upbeat with the hope of finding new rappers to replace the duo.
“Ayt. So. some rappers have come back and expressed not being able to be a part of #WhoKilledWho. As an artist, I can respect this, because this career is more important & more demanding than a freestyle. So we NEED to replace @Shane_Eagle & @reece_youngking. Suggestions?,” he Tweeted.
In September, Reason had expressed hopes of scoring a top-notch collaboration with the trio of Nasty C, A-Reece and Stogie T, tagging the attempt #WhoKilledWho.
However, because of the lingering beef with A-Reece, it was reported that Nasty C had turned down the offer. The “Bad Hair“ rapper is rumoured to have said he’ll never work with the Young King.
In October though, Reason‘s plan looked to have hit gold as he confirmed heavyweights including A-Reece, YoungstaCPT, Rouge, Shane Eagle for the project.
Now, we know this latest setback is just a little bump on the road and we hope Reason is able to come up with more fine rappers to replace the duo.
