South African disc jockeys are without an iota of doubt some of the best on the planet. Their magic and artistry on the turntable have seen some of our favourite DJs collaborate with some of the best musical sensations the global stage might have on offer.
This in addition to lightening up the dance floors all around social circles and bringing spice to homes through the radio which has been in use for several generations now and counting.
Their efforts in bringing joy to music fans and households with their destruction of dope beats and stunning instrumentals haven’t gone unnoticed. This way, we at Hitvibes have decided to celebrate these musical heroes.
We are compiling a list of the top DJs in South Africa and we have decided to let music fans decide for themselves who they feel should earn the gong. We need you to vote for one disc jockey from the list tha you believe to be the best in South Africa and whose masterclass grasp of talent and craft deserves the loudest ovation.
Voting closes on Friday, 9th June at 12 midnight. Winners will be announced on Sunday, 11th June.
