Rape – sexual knowledge of a person without expression permission –is becoming prevalent around the world, and this is a cause of worry for many.
Recently, American rapper Chris Brown was arrested in Paris (alongside a friend and body guard) on suspicion of rape but was released without charge.
“No Favors” mastermind L-Tido, who is yet to drop a single this year, took to Twitter soon after to drop admonition that those who accuse people of rape should be arrested, as they are causing problems for real rape victims.
L-Tido’s tweet reads: “People who falsely accuse people of rape should be arrested problem is they also fuck it up for the real victims”
Coming just days after Chris Brown was arrested and then released, there is a possibility he might be referencing Chris Brown in his tweet, especially given that Chris Brown’s lawyer has hinted at suing the lady who had accused Chris Brown of rape.
By the way, in case you missed it, L-Tido, who has songs like “Zilele” (featuring Cassper Nyovest) and “I’m Back” (featuring Phoenix) to his credit, had come under great fire in June 2018 when he wrote: “Ladies if a guy wants to fly you out and you ain’t trying to smash, don’t take that flight . A nigga ain’t flying you out to play 30 seconds”
