Lady Zamar isn’t new to controversies, and they don’t seem to bother her either. She is living life on her on terms, and those opposed to this can as well go to hell. They cannot change anything
In a recent interview with YFM, the “Its You – Dreaming” crooner had said without apologies: “First of all, people need to stop dragging me for what I wear. Like, I am not going to dress the way you want me to. When it comes to performances, we will give them what they want.
When it comes to public appearances, I will give you what you want. When I’m at home, doing my thing, it’s not your place, you don’t have a say. I don’t have a say in what you wear.”
Apparently the people aren’t listening, as they balked at the outfit she wore during her performance at the Idols SA top 10 on Sunday.
Although she gave a brilliant performance, that even got the Idols SA applauding in the following tweet “.@Lady_Zamar gave us the perfect blend of high energy and soulful vocals performing ‘It’s You – Dreaming’. How’d you love that Mzansi?” some tweeps were rather not interested in her performance but in what she wore to the performance.
A twitter user going by the handle @rembulis tweeted: “I was patiently waiting for ladyzamar’s outfit more than her performance. The only thing missing from that outfit is that nigerian doek #IdolsSA”
Another user, going by the handle @paulmzizi, wrote: “#LadyZamar is also a Fashion designer but her style is kaak….inoba zinjani impahla azenzayo?”

Lady Zamar still doesn’t care. So the Twitter fans are free to wate their time.
