Cassper Nyovest’s Tito Mboweni Drops From Number 1 To Number 26 on iTunes
Cassper Nyovest’s recently released album titled ‘Tito Mboweni’ has dropped from number 1 to a record low of number 26 on iTunes which is quite surprising for a Cassper Nyovest release as we have never seen it happen before.
The renowned rapper, arguably one of the top in South Africa has gone Platinum with the release of his albums in recent times with a couple of his singles staying on top reputable music chart for months but the magic took a wrong turn this time with his recently released single.
Tito Mboweni was perhaps the most discussed South African Hip Hop song in 2017 (so far) and it seems it’s run on iTunes charts is seeing it’s end after debuting on number one a couple weeks ago.
Cassper Nyovest has nevertheless continues a massive PR campaign for Tito Mboweni and we think a video could bring it back to the top but Black Coffee currently has the top spot for his Drake feature titled “Get It Together” which is an infusion of the distinct Afro-House sound that has been sweeping right across the African continent.
We truly believe with this recognition by Drake, the whole world can now get a dose of this movement and jump on board.
AKA’s “The World Is Yours” holds the number 2 position.
