Didi had taken to social media platform, Twitter, to reveal conversations between himself and Mufasa on how he had been asked to drop the price from R80,000 to R60,000.
Still, he insits the “Tito Mboweni” mastermind has continued to shift the payment date; uploading a few WhatsApp chat back and forths to further prove his point.
However, rather than factually react to the accusations, Cassper Nyovest has only taken the path of humour; probably in an attempt to diffuse the situation.
This way, Cassper picked up on a Tweet of Didi Simelane about having to teach the rapper how not to wear Mr Price Jeans while driving a Bentley.
“I Had To Teach @CassperNyovest Never To Wear MR.Price Jeans And Drive A Bentley That doesn’t Make Sense B !!! Once You Go High End Everything High End … !!!” Didi had Tweeted.
In his response, Cassper Nyovest confirmed that he still loves those jeans and might just be unable to compete on the streets of high end fashion.
“Ain’t nothing wrong with My Mr Price jeans bro. Hehe. Ya neh. Anyway, my rant ends here. Wish you all the best. God bless
Hao mara my poor Mr Price jeans😂. I love them mos. What’s wrong with wearing Mr Price and driving a Bentley? Jeez , your standards are high guys. Very very high!!! I can’t keep up!!! I’m going to sleep!!!”
With a possible court case in the pipelines, it is left to be seen how this situation is eventually resolved.
However, it has brought up the conversation across social media channels on the issue of top of celebrities flaunting their wealth while being unable to measure up.
