Cassper Nyovest might have sold a ‘mere’ 68,000 tickets of the 75,000 required to #FillUpFNBStadium, but he has made history in a lot of ways. For one, he made history with the event itself and not many artists in the WORLD can lay claims to pulling off a feat such as this.

In fact, that South Africa’s Cassper Nyovest off the grid of Hip Hop is able to fill up an entire football stadium with thousands and thousands of fans is just a fairy tale reserved for Presidents, Preachers, Evangelists and football clubs.

What’s more is the fact that he filled up the entire stadium and the number of tickets short can just not technically defeat his dreams, goals and ambitions of being the first Hip Hop act to seal such a feat.

Plus, Cassper Nyovest didn’t pursue his own goals alone; he gave hope, faith and belief to a million of others, including yours truly, who now realise the fact that you can achieve whatever you hunger for.

It has been a lot of hard work, grit, grind and hustle for Cassper Nyovest to get to where he is right now. Talent can only get you so far, but hunger makes a whole lot of difference.

Again, Cassper Nyovest didn’t sell 75,000 tickets but he sold dreams worth more than that amount. If a kid from Montshiwa in Mafikeng can pull off and attain such feat, then what in the world stops us or you from achieving even more?

One thing remains of the #FillUpFNBStadiumRefiloe Maele Phoolo proved himself to be more than an Hip Hop act; he simply joined the immortals and claiming legendary status in such a short while in the game is legendary in itself.

In simple terms, do you think Cassper Nyovest is the King of South African Hip Hop? Kindly watch some series of video from the event below and share your thoughts and opinion in the comments section.
