Who would blame Mufasa? He has consistently defined the trends on the circuit with the record sales, awards, international collaborations and the first of many feats too numerous to mention.
Heck, the “Tito Mboweni” mastermind even created a massively-successful brand with his “Fill Up” series which he now looks to take unto international frontiers.
Only thing is Cassper Nyovest who recently scored the biggest deal of his career to become the latest Ambassador for multinational conglomerate, Samsung, isn’t lost on these ventures.
Asides from the fact that the Family Tree Records Boss made a world of bank with the deal, he also believes this partnership is primed to set a precedence in the game.
Cassper Nyovest took to social media platform, Twitter, to predict other competitors of Samsung will now jump on the train, which will indeed become a blessing to the industry.
“This Samsung partnership has already done amazing things. My prediction says all the competitors are going to buy into other hip-hop brands, which is dope for hip-hop as we have become the most lucrative genre in the country. How dope is that? What a time to be alive,” he Tweeted.
Not done, Cassper would also go on to engage fans about being complimented by a DJ friend on how he always sets the pace by plotting the next move before others even jump on the trend.
“Last night my dj homie just gave me props for always predicting the next sound and jumping on it before it’s cool. He also told me that my connection with the hold is still second to none. Crazy” he continued.
Cassper would eventually give the props to his highly-successful, record-breaking “Sweet and Short Album” of the past campaign which clinched platinum status even on its day of release.
