Yung Tyran looks to be working towards the goals he set for himself for 2018 as he takes a bow into the year with a brand new scorcher that he titles “Stripes.” The effort features SkyCityUno
Now, here’s the thing about goals – make them, work towards them and achieve them. Yung Tyran had made his own goals as far back as November 2017 just right after he dropped the industry-accepted record titled “Round 2.” That effort featured DJ Rico and Gontse King Culture.
In fact, we had predicted big things for the rapper who is originally from Zimbabwe and whose real name is Thamsanqa Silanda once he hit our radars in July 2017 with the effort titled “Brenda Fassie.”
Now with “Stripes,” Yung Tyran only seems ready to continue his grind, hustle and bustle on the competitive circuit and he doesn’t disappoint again.
On this one, he definitely goes hard on the lyrical destruction on the verses as well as a trap-infused killer-hook that just extends the all-round flavour.
Plus, the fact that he offered production credits to prolific producer and usual collaborator, First Class, made all the difference with the banging beats and dope instrumentals extending to proportions of fire and flames.
SkyCityUno was also on hand with the lyrical grind and offering of his own to ensure the rout on “Stripes” was completed on all fronts and with a possibility to tick out one of the goals set by Yung Tyran for the calendar year.
