Sjava – Umqhele Album

Ambitiouz Entertainment Star, has now unveiled his highly-anticipated sophomore “Umqhele” and it is a bitter-sweet moment for all lovers of the serial hitmaker.

Considered a gem and treasure of the nation, whose real name is Jabulani Hadebe has announced plans to take a break from music after the premiere of this project.

This is because the award winning star believes the fame that his first love has brought him has made him miserable; a position several others would want to share.

Not Sjava though as he has been one of the acts dedicated to the value of quality music and has never looked back since shooting to the limelight with Miss Pru’s debut single, “Ameni.”

His own debut , “Isina Muva” recorded such success and impressive numbers that sealed his fate as a royal in a competitive industry.

Only thing is Sjava recorded the best campaign yet on the circuit this year, scooping the BET Award for Best New International Act as well as the success of his 4 track “Umphako EP” after that.

Only thing is Sjava is now set to complete a massively impressive term with the “Umqhele” and it is one that will dominate the trends at the close of the season without doubt.

This is as the African Trap Movement (ATM) sensation makes the body of work a whopping 18 track double disck project of musical art that packs all of the influences that has seen him become one of South Africa’s most loved artists.

The “Umqhele” album features only two already released songs in “Umama” and “Confession;” a fact that means music lovers are in for a special treat this festive season and beyond.

Sjava didn’t go this effort alone as he scored the feature of talented acts including Buhlebendalo, Mzukulu, Anzo, Fatso, Bongani Radebe, Howard and Nue Sam.
