The 3rd track off Rouge‘s highly-successful 2017 “New Era Sessions“ album is titled “Celebrity.” Now, the Femcee is set to extend the lifespan of the smash record with a music video to match her fiery delivery of lines on bars.
On the music video for “Celebrity,” Rouge goes by the way of some sick and slick old school visuals that does connect with the dope core Hip Hop masterpiece that she structured the record to be.
In fact with this flick, Rouge takes us back into the motion picture Hip Hop records of the 80s and 90s, matching things off with a similar fashion sense and style.
In the end, you just cannot fault the lyrical grind of Rouge whose real name is Deko Barbara-Jessica Wedi. Excitingly, it looks like we will be getting more visuals off her project of musical art.
The music video for “Celebrity” comes on the back of the squeaky-clean and crispy fresh visuals for another high-flying single off that album, “Sheba Ngwan’O.”
There’s just no better way to celebrate this lovely mid-week than a dose of this latest Rouge dope effort. Simply stream, then share your thoughts and opinion in the comments section below.
