Mzansi’s very own bad lyricist, Reason is out with a brand new stunner which he titles “Cashless Society” featuring Ginger Trill. Both rappers launch into a flurry of bars as they talk about the current state of things in Mzansi right now.
Anyone who knows Reason, knows he’s all about speaking his mind. The way he does it makes us wonder how much more he’s got to say even when it feels like he’s said a lot.
The popular emcee has been in our faces for a while now since he delivered his latest album “Azania” which dropped in 2018.
That album was the height of his genius and we loved it so much. Watching him and following his passion for hip hop, there’s no denying the fact that he is where he’s meant to be; on the scene where the lights won’t stop shining on him.
In this brand new song, which is taken off the album, he and Ginger Trill have lots to say about SA. They talk about the state of affairs in the townships which were built by the Apartheid government. They practically bare their hearts for us to relate.
Last we saw the lead rapper on his own, he dished the joints “Ngiyak’thanda“, “July freestyle“. He’s also appeared on the recently released joints “Talking Too Much” by DJ Dimplez alongside PH Raw X and JR, “Same Shit Different Day Remix” by Chad da Don alongside YoungstaCPT and Emtee.
