PDotO – Under The Sun Album




SA juggernaut, finally unveils his highly-anticipated “Under The Sun” and it is every inch the documentary we thought it would be and more.

The Transkei-born rapper whose real name is Siphelele Mnyande has remained a gem and contribution to the game and culture ever since he started to lace bars.

In fact, so terrific his is all round craft, artistry, lyricism and art that is widely regarded with several monikers.

However, appellations such as Poet The Sonnet, Mr. Blue Murda, The Black Jo Pesch readily comes to mind.

Plus, he never takes his gift for granted as is evident in the number of masterpieces he has been churning out in recent times.

Records such as “Pholas,” “I’m No Vulture,” “The Last Ballad,” “The Love Ballad and“The Lost Ballad,” are some of the belters he has launched in the build up to this project of musical art.

Even though some of these tracks have now made the cut on the “Under The Sun” , PDotO is now reestablishing a new world order on the streets of SA Hop Hop with some critically acclaimed new belters.

Records such as “Celebrate The Roses” and which features industry veteran, Reason, is already grabbing all the applause amongst fans, pundits, critics and even other emcees.

Yet, the “Under The Sun” packs a total of 17 tracks, with 14 of those being normal and 3 in the additional deluxe entries. Therefore, you can already imagine the world of abundance and feast to expect.

PDotO makes this latest project a fitting follow-up to his 2017 evergreen, “Devilz Playground” and it is one which is set to assume the stage for a deserved accolade he ought to have been bestowed a while ago.
