One of the biggest talking point of Cassper Nyovest‘s “Thuto Album“ is the 15th track of the project titled “Baby Girl”. This smash trap-like kind of song sees Cassper Nyovest combine singing and rap on a love-inspired ballad.
Here, Cassper Nyovest, promises his “Baby Girl” the world and all of his dedication. When a real OG strips himself of the tough toga of toughness to profess undying love, it just absolutely streams to the depths of the heart and soul.
“I call you my girl, never my B
Best of both worlds you are hybrid
All your exes were a little shortsighted
‘Cause they never ever saw all the right shit
That’s why I buy you Dior, never Nike
You really change my mindset”
Why then is “Baby Girl” one of the most-talked about songs on the album? Because Cassper Nyovest revealed it was supposed to enjoy the feature of Nigerian superstar, Wizkid. The Family Tree boss revealed he sent the song to the Starboy to put a verse on it, but Daddy Yo was too busy.
Cassper Nyovest asked his fans to request that Wizkid still send in his verse and we could have a “Baby Girl” Remix. Did you hear that?
