Trippie Redd & The Game Team Up on ‘Immortal’

Rapper, Trippie Redd‘s “!” project dropped recently and while it’s still trending, we get to sample this “Immortal” song on which he linked up with The Game and we love it.

The song is easily one of the standout songs on the project and is a continuation of the good vibes we have been enjoying from him this year. Last month, he dropped “Mac 10” and featured Lil Baby and Lil Duke on it.

As a matter of fact though, that was a followup to his feature on Machine Gun Kelly‘s “Candy” the same last month and he continues the improvement and growth and it is not only evident on this song, it’s also evident on the entire project.

Michael Lamar White IV known in music circles as Trippie Redd is more than just a singer though. He is a songwriter and producer too and came through powerfully on this song. He doesn’t do ‘normal’ as evident in the title of the album too.

On this song though, The Game had some deep reflections and shared them as he rapped: “Fuck being friendly, n***a I’m done with that. Every time I get a new whip, gotta put a gun in that.”

As expected Trippie Redd didn’t miss a chance to talk about where he’s from and the streets as he went: “N***as die young where I’m from/Mamas cry young where I’m from, cops, we outrun/It’s Westside Compton, bullets, you don’t make it out without one/Death or jail, that’s the outcome, we smoke without lungs/If you ’bout some’, don’t fold when the drought come, n*** “

This new project comes as his followup since “A Love Letter To You 3” and we love this particular song from it and recommend listening.
