XXXTentacion‘s murder suspect is seeking information in court from the man who recorded the death video.
XXXTentacion may be dead for a while now but he seems to be in the news a lot these days. After a shameful airing of a Comedy Central Show where comedienne Dina Hashem basically almost ended her career by making a joke of the late rapper’s murder, XXX is on everyone’s lips again. This time, one of the men accused of fatally shooting the rapper, Michael Boatwright is raising the dust.
According to a report by The Blast, Michael Boatwright has filed for Scott Barbieux, the man who filmed the rapper’s final moments to be deposed as part of the upcoming trial in September. According to him, Barbieux‘s testimony might help build a stronger and more credible defense for him.
Scott Barbieux who filmed the final moments of the late rapper while laying in his BMW riddled with bullets is considered a witness. This is because he filmed the rapper just minutes after he was fatally shot. Although the video has been taken down, Barbieux‘s testimony in September may very well be in Boatwright‘s favour.
Michael Boatwright along side 3 other men are suspects in the late rapper’s murder. XXXTentacion, real name Jahseh Dwayne Ricardo Onfroy was fatally shot while leaving the Riva Motorsports motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida at approximately 3:55pm. He was shot multiple times and stripped of jewelry and cash by two armed men. After being rushed to a nearby hospital by paramedics, the rapper was pronounced dead.
