Just when we thought we had heard and seen all that involves the late rapper, MTV has released a never seen before interview of him at Venice beach. In the 20 min long interview with Tabitha Soren, he talks about crack, his childhood and so much more. The interview is said to have been recorded on October 27, 1995, meaning it was the iconic rapper’s first interview after his release from prison.
Pac talks about how his name came about, the history of his mother’s use of crack cocaine, his experiences selling drugs, and also moving from Baltimore to California. He also speaks about starting a community center with boxer, Mike Tyson, and a whole lot more.
The rapper talks about not knowing who his biological father is while speaking about the origin of his name. When asked about him, Pac says he wasn’t prepared to talk about it, and that he’d reveal everything about it in his book. In the chat, he also reveals that he’s in touch with his feminine side, why he doesn’t want children, and distances himself from thug mentality.
There’s also a clip of him signing autographs for his patient fans, and interacting with business owners along the beach.
