Jailed Rapper, Kodak Black shares first photo from prison

Jailed Black American rapper Kodak Black has shared first photo from Jail. From the looks of things, Kodak Black seems to be in high spirits as new photo of him in jail surfaces. The black American rapper shared a photo of himself in prison uniform from Jail.

The photo which was uploaded on his official Instagram account shows an unfazed Kodak in uniform, crouched and shining his teeth for the camera. He undoubtedly still looks the same as he did when he entered in May of this year. The photo was shared with the caption;

The Streets Thin Na Cuz Everybody Gettin Hung .. Lawyers Sitting Back Sucking All A N**** Funds. ”

It may seem the caption on  the photo makes reference to actual goings-on in his life at the moment. His attorney, Bradford Cohen corrected the impression saying that the caption references old lyrics and is not a shot at his defense team.

Kodak Black was arrested and remanded behind bars on weapons charges in May for making false statements on gun applications. The ‘Tunnel Vision‘ rapper is expected to remain in a Florida Jail Cell till his trial gets underway in September after being denied bond.

The embattled rapper who is also facing charges of sexual assault in South Carolina was denied bail to travel under strict supervision. Ruling in the prosecution’s favour, the court had said “he’s a danger to the community and shouldn’t be released before trial.” The rapper has faced a lot of criticism over the years even for his very blunt opinions.
